I recently tried substituting egg for banana and ever since I’ve been in love, would highly recommend as it gives the pancakes a really sweet banana flavour with the same consistency!

⁣⁣𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤⁣

• 1 Cup Flour⁣⁣⁣

• Half Mashed Banana ⁣⁣⁣

• 2 Drops of Vanilla Essence ⁣⁣⁣

• Pinch of Salt ⁣⁣⁣

• 1 Tsp Sugar ⁣⁣⁣

• Milk- add as you go along to the consistency you like!⁣⁣

⁣⁣

𝔻𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟- ⁣Strawberries, Bananas, Nutella, Walnuts ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕⁣⁣

1. Whisk together your flour, sugar, salt, vanilla essence and mashed banana.⁣⁣

2. Add milk till you get the consistency you like.

3. Heat pan to medium high heat and grease with butter.⁣⁣

4. Pour the pancake batter in a circle shape and cook until the top starts to dry, this should take around 3-4 minutes.

5. Toss the pancakes with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes until golden.

6. Add a little butter to the pan and continue with each pancake until cooked. ⁣⁣

7. Slice your strawberries and bananas into hearts for decoration, drizzle some melted nutella and top with walnuts. 8. Assemble and enjoy!⁣⁣⁣⁣ 💓

𝕋𝕚𝕡- Use a smaller pan for the perfect size stack
