To all my fellow pretzel lovers I have found the ULTIMATE pretzel recipe which only needs TWO ingredients! These pretzels were super easy to make, with no proofing time and no heavy machinery required you cannot say no to homemade pretzels.

⢠1 3/4 cups Self-raising flour ā£ā£ā£
⢠1 cup Greek yoghurt ā£ā£ā£
⢠2 tbsp of Butter to brush on top of the pretzels ā£ā£ā£(optional)
ā£ā£ā£

⢠If you fancy savoury pretzels, add sesame seeds and coarse salt and create a dip.ā£ā£ā£
⢠If you fancy sweet pretzels, brush with melted butter and coat in cinnamon and sugar. You can also drizzle with you favourite spread, Biscoff worked really well šā£ā£ā£

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine both your flour and yoghurt and use your hands to form a dough.ā£ā£ā£
2. Preheat the oven to gas mark 4 and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.ā£ā£ā£
3. Lightly flour your surface and transfer the dough.ā£ā£
4. Lightly flour your hands and press your dough into a ball shape. Then divide into 8 equal pieces.ā£ā£ā£
5. Using your hands, roll out one of the pieces into a thin line, around 12 inches long. ā£ā£ā£
6. Grab both ends of the dough qnd twist once before connecting them in the centre.
7. Repeat this process for all 8 pieces. I would recommend watching a tutorial in the background of the pretzel shaping because it really helps!
8. Place the pretzels onto the tray and brush with butter, oil or even water. ā£ā£ā£
9. Bake for 17-20 minutes, until golden brown on top. Be weary to not overcook them or they will be hard!
10. You can now dust them with cinnamon & sugar, sesame seeds or whatever type of pretzel combo you fancy! ā£ā£ā£š
