Made these cute little vanilla and chocolate mini pancakes for breakfast. It was really fun once you got the hang of how to pour and flip them!
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
• 120g flour
• 1 egg or half mashed banana
• 2 drops of vanilla essence
• Pinch of salt
• 2 tsp sugar
•Milk- add as you go along to the consistency you like!
• optional 2 tbsp of Nutella to the batter
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Whisk together your egg, flour, sugar, salt and vanilla essence.
Add milk till you get the consistency you like.
Seperate mixture into two and mix your Nutella into one part.
Pour the pancake batters into seperate squeeze bottle.
Heat pan to medium high heat and grease with butter.
Gently squeeze out mini circle shapes from both bottles, cooking until the top starts to dry.
Toss the pancakes with a spatula and cook for a few more seconds until golden.
Repeat the process until you have a substantial amount of mini pancakes.
Serve in a bowl with some fresh fruit and some Butter and syrup 😍
