Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so why not go that extra mile and transform the way you have your eggs in the morning! These toast cups are filled with Egg, Red Leicester, Bacon & Avocado and stand on their own...literally😍
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•4 Slices of Toast (mini loaf)
•4 Bacon Rashers
•1 Avocado
•50g Grated Red Leicester
•Chilli Flakes, Salt
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Butter your muffin tin and mould your slice of bread into each hole.
Slice your avocado and place on the toast.
Next fry your bacon and add one rasher to each toast mould.
Spoon your Red Leicester onto the mould and top with a cracked egg.
Sprinkle your chilli flakes and bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees or until the whites have set.
Remove from baking tray and serve!
