Did you know you can make a gluten free pizza using cauliflower as your base?
The base was made using both fullgreen sweet potato cauliflower rice and tomato, garlic & herb flavoured cauliflower rice which was such a lovely alternative!
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•Sweet potato Cauliflower Rice FullGreen
•Cauliflower with Tomato, Garlic and Herbs Cauliflower Rice
(you can use make your own by blitzing a 1 cauliflower head and microwaving it)
•50g Sweet Potato Flour (can sub for normal flour)
•Egg
•150g Red Leicester
•Italian Herbs
•Pepperoni
•Baby Corn
•Sweet Chilli Sauce
•Salt, Pepper & Garlic Granules
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Cut a parchment paper and place it on a baking tray.
Place your cauliflower in a dish cloth over a larger bowl and drain all the water out as best as you can.
Once the water has drained place your cauliflower rice in a bowl and mix with an egg, grated cheese and seasoning.
Spread the mixture onto your baking tray and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
Take out your pizza base and spread sweet chilli sauce on you base.
Top with your corn, pepperoni, grated cheese and oregano.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden and then enjoy!
