May slightly be obsessed with burrata! This dish has roasted peaches in a golden syrup glaze, salty prosciutto, sweet pomegranates, rosemary & the star of the show the burrata!
This dish was super easy to whip up and the best part is that it can be made as a beautiful brunch dish, a quick lunch or even a fancy dinner!!
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•12 Slices of Prosciutto
• Burrata (one of two depending on preference)
•4 Sweet Ripe Pitted Peaches (make sure they’re golden inside)
•80g Pomegranates
•Few Sprigs of Rosemary
•2 tablespoons of Golden Syrup or Honey
•Sourdough Sliced Bread
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and fill a large baking dish with parchment paper.
Quarter your peaches and place them into the baking dish.
Squeeze in your syrup and make sure every peach is covered.
Bake your peaches for 15minutes until softened.
Whilst the peaches are baking, take a slice of prosciutto and role it into a rose. Repeat for all 12 slices.
Take the peaches out the oven and allow them to cook a little until warm.
Take your sourdough slices and drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until crispy.
Once your peaches are warm, add in your little roses and throw your pomegranates over.
Take your balls of burrata and break them apart with your hands, evenly placing them between your peaches and prosciutto.
Drizzle your dish with salt, pepper, olive oil and some rosemary.
Take out your sourdough slices and serve with your dish!
