I made two types of cauliflower wings as a VEGAN alternative to your everyday classic wings!
We have
š„¬Honey Garlic Cauliflower Drums
š„¬Roasted Honey Garlic Flats

ā¢1 Cauliflower Head
For the Tempura Batter:
ā¢2/3 cup Cornstarch
ā¢1/3 cup Flour
ā¢2/3 cup Sparkling Water
ā¢Salt, Pepper, All Purpose Seasoning, Paprika and Garlic Granules
For the Honey Garlic Glaze:
This is a rough guide so feel free to adjust the measurements to taste
ā¢5 tbsp Honeyā£
ā¢3 tbsp Willyās Apple Cider Vinegar
ā¢4 tbsp of Soy ā£Sauce
ā¢2 tbsp of Olive oil ā£
ā¢1 tsp of Sesame Oil ā£
ā¢1 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
ā¢2 tbsp Water
ā¢2 tsp Paprikaā£
ā¢2 tbsp Garlic Granules ā£
ā¢1 tbsp of Chilli flakes⣠(optional)
ā¢Make a slurry 1 tbsp Cornstarch to 2 tbsp Water and add to thicken the glaze! (You can double this if you want a thicker glaze)
Decoration- typical toppings are spring onions, red chilli & sesame seeds but you can use anything!

Peel and wash your cauliflower, make sure to keep the healthy leaves as they will be added to your glaze!
Break apart your cauliflower into bite size florets, keep smaller ones for the drums and larger ones for the flats.
Next slice your larger florets so you get flats just like the wings!
In a medium size mixing bowl add your cornstarch, plain flour, seasoning & soda water.
For the roasted flats, drizzle them with olive oil and place them in an air fryer for 10-15min or until crispy!
For the drums, coat them in the batter and deep fry for 4-5mins.
Next add all the ingredients for your glaze into a mixing bowl and then heat it over a pan.
When the glaze begins to bubble add in your cauliflower and coat evenly.
Garnish & serve immediately to retain the crunch!
