Margarita Cupcakes 🍹🧁

For National Margarita Day I made these beautiful cupcakes using blueberry cupcakes and a delicious lime frosting inspired by @urbanbakes

Every detail from the sugared rim of the margarita glass to the little umbrella will wow anyone you serve them to!

𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•Blueberry Cupcakes

•360g Icing Sugar

•75g Diced Softened Butter

•1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Bean Paste

•2 tablespoons Warm Milk

•Cocktail Umbrellas

•1 Lime Sliced

𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕

1. Mix your icing sugar with your diced butter using an electric whisk.

2. Add in your milk and vanilla bean paste and keep mixing until smooth.

3. Add in some green food colouring and stir in until the colour is even.

4. Cut the tops of your muffins and pipe on your icing.

5. Add your slices of lime and umbrellas.

6. Sugar the rim of your glass and add your cupcake inside.

7. There you have it! Margarita Cupcakes for everyone to enjoy 💗
