Mini Cinnamon Swirls š„£ ā£

I decided to make these delicious baby cinnamon swirls as I feel like everything is 100 times cuter once its tiny!! These swirls were so easy to make and so fun so I thought I would share my recipe with you all.

⢠1 Puff pastry roll
⢠Cinnamon ā£ā£
⢠Sugar
⢠2 tbsp Butter
⢠1/2 cup Icing sugar
⢠1-2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
⢠Drop of Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to gas mark 4 and unfold your puff roll pastry (make sure to take it out the fridge 20 minutes before using)
In a bowl melt 2 tbsp butter and add cinnamon and sugar to your preference, until it forms a paste.
Cut your pastry into 8 pieces and smooth each piece with the cinnamon and sugar mix.
Roll each rectangle piece tightly and cut them 1-2 centimetres thick using some dental floss to help hold the swirl shape.
After cutting all your pieces you will probably be questioning yourself and how much time is going into this dish however it is so worth it in the end!!
Cut some parchment paper for your baking tray and place your mini swirls on top.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or whenever they look golden brown.
Next in a small bowl sift some icing sugar and then add vanilla and milk and stir until desired consistency.
Next drizzle the icing over the swirls and you should end up with the cutest bowl of mini swirls!!
