No Hassle Hasslebacks 🥔

With only 10 minutes to prepare! These classy potatoes will make an impressive side dish to any meal! I seasoned them with butter, salt, garlic and paprika and they were the perfect side to my steak.



𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•10 Medium Potatoes

•4 tbsp Olive Oil

•2 tbsp Butter

•Salt, Knorr Seasoning, Garlic Granules, Paprika

•Fresh Parsley & Parmesan


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Rinse and scrub your potatoes.

  3. Cut 1/4 inch slices on the width of the potato and make sure to not cut too deep as you need the potato to stay in tact!

  4. In a small bowl add olive oil, melted butter, knorr seasoning, salt, garlic granules & paprika and brush half of the mixture onto the potatoes.

  5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until they are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

  6. Pour over the other half of the dressing onto the potatoes and serve with some chopped parsley and parmesan. (optional)
