Pt 2. Mini Caprese Sliders ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿง€

These mini caprese rolls were divine! Fresh basil pesto spread on soft brioche rolls and topped with tomato and mozzarella๐Ÿ˜


I handcut my buns however if you have a circle cutter you can save so much time!! These little sliders are a must!! Such simple but delicious flavours ๐Ÿ˜


๐•€๐•Ÿ๐•˜๐•ฃ๐•–๐••๐•š๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ๐•คโฃโฃ

โ€ข 1 Packet of Brioche Buns

โ€ข Green Pesto

โ€ข 2 Mozarella Balls

โ€ข 3 Tomatoes

โ€ข Optional Basil

๐•„๐•–๐•ฅ๐•™๐• ๐••โฃโฃ

  1. Use cutters or a stencil to cut out some mini circles for your baby buns.

  2. Next slice your mozarella and then use your cutter to get the perfect size (keep the slices quite thick for visual preference)

  3. Slice your tomatoes and then slice them in half so they fit into the rolls.

  4. Now youโ€™re ready to assemble! Spread a layer of your pesto on to your bottom bun and top with the tomato and mozzarella.

  5. Stick a cocktail stick of skewer in to secure it and serve! So simple yet so delicious and fresh๐Ÿ’“
