Welcome to part 3 of the Dinner Party Series!
These stuffed garlic mushrooms are little bites of perfection! Not only do they look stunning but there’s minimal effort required!
I use the same creamy chive dip that I do with the salmon so these little canapés go hand in hand really well!
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
• 200g of Soft Cheese
• Fresh Chives
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tsp Garlic Granules
• Salt & Pepper
• Squeeze of Lemon Juice
• Chesnut Mushrooms
• 1 Slice of Toast
𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕
Spoon out your cream cheese into a medium mixing bowl and cut up your chives (add to taste as I’m a huge chive lover & practically use the whole packet)
In a small bowl add in your butter and garlic granules and warm in the microwave.
When the butter has melted pour into your cream cheese mixture and season with salt and pepper.
Wash your mushrooms and break of the stalks (you can fry these later with some garlic and have them with your breakfast)
Blitz up your toast into breadcrumbs and save for later.
Fry your mushrooms for a 3-5 minutes with a 1 tbsp butter to brown them.
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and transfer to a baking dish.
Spoon your cream cheese mixture into each mushroom and top with your breadcrumbs.
Grill until breadcrumbs are toasted and top with chopped chives.
There you have it simple and so delicious 😍
