S’mores French Toast 🍫🍞

Yes you heard me!! Cinnamon & Sugar French Toast with a thick layer of melted chocolate, topped with crushed biscuits and torched marshmallows!!!



𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤

•1 Brioche Loaf

•3 Eggs

•1 Cup Milk

•1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste or Essence

•Cinnamon & Sugar

•Melted Chocolate

•Crushed Biscuits

•Marshmallows

•Fresh Fruit


𝕄𝕖𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕕


  1. Beat together the egg, milk & vanilla essence in a large dish.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a plate ready for dipping later on.⁣⁣⁣

  3. Slice your brioche loaf and keep it around 1 inch thick as it will deflate a little whilst you fry it.

  4. Add 1 tbsp of butter to a hot pan and begin to dip the slice of bread into the egg, coating both sides and then straight into the pan until golden on one side.⁣⁣⁣⁣

  5. Add a little more butter and flip over for around 3 minutes till golden. ⁣⁣

  6. Place the slice of bread on the plate of cinnamon and sugar and coat thoroughly⁣⁣⁣⁣.

  7. Continue these steps for all slices of bread then in a bowl add some chocolate and melt until glossy.

  8. Spread a generous amount of melted chocolate over your slice and top with crushed biscuits

  9. Add your marshmallows and fruit of your choice & torch away!!!

  10. When torched you can enjoy this bad boy!
