This Tuscan Chicken is the perfect comfort meal! I combined a lot of beautiful recipes and also added in my own twist with some sliced chorizo and it was divinešŸ˜ You can pair this chicken up with some homemade chips or some rice as the sauce is something you don't want to miss!

1. Place your cherry tomatoes in a baking dish, drizzle olive oil and salt and bake for 20 minutes (200c)

2. Combine oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and all purpose seasoning in a bowl and sprinkle evenly over both sides of your chicken breasts. 3. Heat a large, heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat.

4. Add the butter to the skillet and fry your chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side and then remove.

5. Add the cream to the pan alongside your garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and stir well to combine.

6. Let the sauce cook for 2 minutes until thickened over a low heat and add your chicken broth, tomato purƩe and sliced chorizo. 7. Add the same seasonings you used for your chicken and spinach to the pan and stir well until the spinach has wilted.

8. Add in the cherry tomatoes and continue to cook over low heat for another 3 minutes!

9. You can now add your chicken back to the sauce and your dish is complete! If you end up recreating my Tuscan Chicken recipe then please send me pictures or tag me @Kellyskitchen9 on Instagram as I would love to see your version!
